From night one I woke up more rested and in no pain. At first I thought it was too smushy even with the max amount of water, but it turns out it was just what I needed. I used to toss and turn all night and wake with my sheet on the floor, but now I wake in the same position I went to sleep in. Best nights sleep in my life!!!

Excellent pillow! I had tried two other more expensive pillows before a friend of mine recommended this one. This was the only pillow that gave me relief for my stiff neck. I absolutely love it! Shipping from The Therapy Connection was lightning fast, too, and their price was lower than others, and included the padded pillowcase. I highly recommend The Therapy Connection.
A must have for neck & shoulder problems September 8, 2008
Like many other reviewers, I have tried a wide variety of pillows trying to find one that would help my neck pain. I was skeptical about this one at first, but it was highly recommended. The most difficult part of the pillow is getting the EXACT amount of water in it that is right for YOU - and small amounts make a big difference. This part is a pain, but when you get the right level for your neck, the pillow is heavenly! It really allows your neck muscles to relax as you sleep and experience relief instead of stiffness when you wake up. When you achieve the right level, it also provides relief for your shoulders as well if you are a side sleeper.

I purchased this pillow about a month ago and was excited because I really felt that this might help my aching neck.
Well, I never really got to find out because within a week of using the pillow, it began to smell terribly. It had gotten mildewed and, unfortunately, I'm allergic. (I don't know why this happened because I followed the instructions to the letter.) I've written to the company I purchsed it from and have gotten no response.
I'm very disappointed in this product and the service of the company.

I ordered this pillow after trying MANY others and after the recommendations of many professionals. I honestly don't think I would recommend it to anyone else. I will let them borrow mine first before buying one.
It does "slosh" water around even though i have followed the directions to get the extra air removed. It is just not what the reviews said it would be. I am sorry now that I didn't follow my gut and buy a 100% white goose down for the same $$.
