Gullah Gourmet - Aunt Maggie's Sweet Corn Bread - from Gullah Gourmet. Put da mix in a bowl, an add 'bout a half cup wadda. A little more if ya need 'em, mix'em up real good and cook. Dey's da best cornbreads ya ever did have, dey's light 'an jus sweet enuf, lus like Aunt Maggie. A delicious bread for any meal. A little information on nutrition: If you combine two types of incomplete proteins, they can become complementary to each other, creating a complete protein in the process. For years the Southern diet has contained a combination of vegetables and cornbread. An excellent combination is cornbread and beans to gain the advantages of both.

Easy and delicious! November 16, 2008
We are addicted to this mix. It is so easy to make, and if you like a sweet cornbread then this mix is for you. We like to add jalepenos for a little extra kick.

This is an excellent product. The directions were simple and easy to follow. The finished product was delicious. I made muffins which my guests raved about. The taste was excellent - like homemade. Consistency was good.
