Pecan Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix - When we were growing up, Dad would always make pancakes or waffles from scratch every Saturday morning, a ritual my brothers and I loved to help him with each week. Creating a buttermilk pancake and waffle mix seemed the perfect way to share our family tradition with others. As one of our customers comments, "these pancakes are so good, you can eat them without syrup." This mix includes a 4oz bag of homestyle pecans that can be chopped and mixed into the batter and/or sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
