Great Deal for Beef Jerky Lovers February 22, 2007

I bought this because I LOVE beef jerky and I am currently working on perfecting a recipe that does not use soy sauce( I think it gives it a cheap store bought flavor ). Regardless, this is a steal when you compare how many little 4 oz bottles of liquid smoke you would have to buy to equal one gallon. Also, My Brands shipped it fast and it was reasonably well packaged. Thanks My Brands, Amazon, and Wright's Liquid Smoke for helping me in my quest to make perfect Beef Jerky!
