So good I had to find them... November 6, 2008 I bought these at a local organics store a couple of months back. They were $3.89 a bag but they were gluten free, low fat, and looked interesting. I absolutely fell in love with them from the first taste. The sweetness at first, followed by the spicy, and then it just melts away. I wish I had some now!
The problem is, now the local store no longer carries them. I didn't mind paying the almost $4 for them becasue I loved them so much. Imagine how thrilled I am that I can get a whole case for $29! They are addicting, so I know the case will be gone in no time.
Gluten Free Yummies October 11, 2008 I love these Papadums products, they are light, taste-filled, low calorie (unless you sit down and eat the entire bag in one sitting) and crunchy, yet they still manage to nearly melt in your mouth. I was thrilled that they are gluten-free because folks with Celiac's Disease have so little choices where packaged foods are concerned that aren't expensively priced. Bravo!
Absolutely Big on Flavor August 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recently bought a bag of these at a local health food store. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. It's the perfect combination of flavors: sweet, heat, garlic, and salt. More healthy than "traditional" chips and way more flavor than modern baked chips. The only drawback is the price. I paid $2.99 for a 4oz bag, and I will continue to do so. I can see how others might not want to, but it's their loss. To save a few cents, you can order by the case (once you've established you like them) from Amazon.
Healthy chip that doesn't taste healthy June 9, 2007 I really enjoy eating these chips. Have a lot of flavor and substance to them but yet not a lot of fat. I've had a lot of chips that are quote unquote low fat and they taste like cardboard these taste good.
